Architectural Services
A professional service to obtain all the permissions, consents, licenses and approvals necessary to undertake your building project.
Algoa provide professional CAD drawings, plans and specifications, and liaise with local authorities and agents on your behalf for any planning, listed building or conservation area consents required, as well as ensuring compliance with the latest regulations using environmentally sound materials. Includes architectural and structural engineering services.
Following an initial consultation with you to discuss the design and layout, with reference to planning and building regulations, Algoa will then advise on which permissions, consents and approvals are required, and provide you with a detailed estimate for this.
Algoa will undertake a detailed survey and produce ‘existing’ and ‘proposed’ drawings. Submission packages are prepared and submitted to the Planning Department and other relevant authorities.
Once decisions are in place, we will then provide detailed design drawings from which construction can be carried out. To obtain the necessary approvals Algoa will liaise with the relevant parties throughout the project, answering queries and providing any further information.
Our Architectural Services can be used independently, or in conjunction with our Refurbishment Services.
Fees
As every project is unique in size, type of work, and the degree of involvement from Algoa, each stage is priced separately, so you can decide which stages to proceed with.
